A north-facing new-building one-bedroom with sky-blue bedding and an open island kitchen.

A one-bedroom (1LDK) of about 65 m² in the new building of City Garden, Binh Thanh District, facing north. There is a large shoe box on the left as you enter. The good point of City Garden is the size of its living room. The roomy island kitchen has no partition from the living room, which gives an open feeling. The chandelier on the ceiling lights the ceiling brightly and has the visual effect of making the space look larger. There are TVs in both the living room and the bedroom. The sky-blue bedding is reminiscent of a resort hotel.
