A sunny low-floor one-bedroom whose balcony pool view feels like a tropical resort, with Daikin air conditioners.

A south-facing one-bedroom on a low floor of the new building at City Garden, Binh Thanh District. It is a bright, sunny room. The pool seen from the balcony makes you feel as if you were at a tropical resort. The living room has a built-in (recessed) air conditioner and the bedroom has a wall-mounted one, both made by Daikin. The dining table in the living room is a little small, but it is a fine size for someone living alone.
