A north-facing one-bedroom in the new building at City Garden, Binh Thanh District, with a four-burner gas stove. From the balcony you can see the high-rise Landmark 81 tower. The north side is quieter and greener than the south side. It also does not get as hot, so the air conditioner needs to be used less often, which helps save electricity.
