A south-facing mid-floor one-bedroom in the new building with a large L-shaped sofa and a dryer.

A one-bedroom of about 70 m² on a mid floor of the new building of City Garden, Binh Thanh District, with a dryer. It faces south, the sunniest direction. The spacious living room has a large L-shaped sofa. The whole wall on the sofa side is painted a fairly dark gray, which tones down the room and gives it a slightly more grown-up feel. Although it is a one-bedroom layout, it is spacious enough for two people to live in comfortably.
